Toffee Dip
Holly I think you may be the only person that doesn't have this recipe. Here it is: 1/4 cup white sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 (8oz) package cream cheese 1/2 package Skor english toffee chips 1 tsp. vanilla Makes 2 cups
